Well he did say he left Guild Wars for a long time, so he probably didn't know. But then again, the Search function always helps - not to mention that there's already a thread about this on the main page of this forum section.

Like the Dinning Room I just hope the spec.s are the same as NightFall.I just might need to get some more ram and that would be it.

If anything they'll add a little more detail to the environments, but still use the same engine. So I don't think you'll need to upgrade at all.

I agree. I was quite unexcited by the trailer. Even the screenshots have been quite ordinary. The lead up to factions made it look amazing, GW:EN looks predictable at best.

I sure hope they make a CG trailer this time like they did with the amazing Prophecies and Factions ones, they helped me fall in love with the game to begin with.

I still watch that video from time to time Sophitia. Love it. =)
(too bad she had to go all hammer warrior on us in the game)
Considering this will be an expansion and not a new chapter, I am doubtful there will be a cinematic or anything fancy... I hope to be surprised though.

I went into my local GAME store the other day and asked them if they had a release date. They told me August (7th if I remember correctly.) but they didn't have a price so I guess it's wait and see on both counts.

True i also very much doubt Anet would bother to make one, but it would be great publisity for Anet in promoting the new expansion just try to persuade lost players returning. Im a little more sure theyll make one for Gw 2 although thats not 100% sure, id still imagine they will make one.

Amazon.co.uk gave the release date as August 6th. Someone posted about it in this forum http://www.crossingtyria.com/forum/i...p?topic=9641.0 and as you can see Gaile herself said that it would not be coming out on that date...

The dungeons looks awesome. I am sure it will be alot of fun adventuring through Eye of the North. I really hope Anet makes an official announcement on the release date soon but until Anet says it is official nothing else is true yet I am excited to see how the asura, norns and sylvari will look !
